From Kaohsiung to Taichung to Shanghai and Singapore, they continue to hone their baking skills during their expatriate experience. In 2023, the birth of a child advanced the couple&#8217;s dream. In 2024, they returned to their hometown with a full of enthusiasm and opened their own bakery in Hemei Town. Although the manager has adjusted the price to be more affordable than the city, &#8220;weight&#8221; is still the key to customer hesitation. So they decided to change &#8211; without sacrificing quality, moderately reduce the size of the product, and redesign the product line with European packaging as the main axis.
