    SANNENG Taiwan was relocated to a new factory in Dali, officially opened with an area of 5,950m2.

    The home baking brand UNOPAN was officially launched to design safe foodware for home baking enthusiasts.

    SANNENG Japan increased capital in cash to ¥ 95 million.

    PT. San Neng Bakeware Indonesia founded in Jakarta, Indonesia.

    Completed the restructuring of the Group’s investment structure, with a capital of NT$200 million.

    SANNENG Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (SANNENG Holdings) transferred capital reserves to NT$240 million, cash capital increased to NT$100 million, and paid-in capital increased to NT$540 million.

    SANNENG Bakeware (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. introduced the Data Systems Consulting TipTop ERP system.

    SANNENG Taiwan passed the MOEA Technology A+ Industrial Innovation R&D Program’s “Building High-Value Foodware and Manufacturing Technology R&D Center Project”.

    SANNENG Taiwan increased capital in cash to NT$14.6 million.

    SANNENG Bakeware (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.’s profits were transferred to the capital increase, and the capital was increased to USD 9.3 million.

SANNENG Holdings was officially listed and traded on the “Taiwan Stock Exchange” on December 11 under the stock code 6671 to become the first bakeware company listed on the Taiwan capital market.

    Received ISO-9001 international quality certification; the first nano-baking pan was successfully developed and shipped by applying new technology to improve product quality.

    2002

    Established an R&D center to elevate the technical development capabilities of SANNENG in Taiwan and Wuxi; created an international trade center in the same year to improve the export capabilities of SANNENG in Taiwan and Wuxi.

    SANNENG Taiwan obtained ISO-9001 international quality certification.

    2004

    SANNENG Bakeware (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. purchased land to expand the factory area to 3.96 hectares.

    2006

    The Japanese branch office was established in Tokyo, Japan in 2006 to expand the Northeast Asian market.

    2010

    After 4 years of hard work, our product quality has finally been recognized by the fastidious Japanese market, attaining a bakeware sales volume of approximately 300,000 pieces. SANNENG Japan Bakeware Co., Ltd. was officially founded in Tokyo with a capital of ¥ 15,000,000.

    1991-2000

    Received small and medium-sized enterprises training to establish institutionalized and computerized management.

    1994

    Vigorously engaged in business promotion, planning of domestic and international baking-related exhibitions, advertising, and marketing, as well as exporting to countries worldwide.

    1996

    To improve the quality of pastry tips, 80 varieties of one-time forming pastry tips were developed in Korea.

    1997

    Developed products that meet international quality standards and hygiene standards, and imported comprehensive bakeware.

    1998

    To resolve the problem with barcodes in supermarkets and reinforce warehouse management, the Company conducted comprehensive barcode planning.

    1999

    Reconstruction of the second floor of the factory on Guangxing Road, Taiping District, Taichung City, Taiwan, with a total area of 3967m2.

    2000

    SANNENG Bakeware (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was officially established in Xishan Development Zone, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China, and commenced production as scheduled.

    1982-1990

    SANNENG Bakeware Co., Ltd. was Founded on Guangming Road, Guangming Village, Wuri District, Taichung City, Taiwan, with an area of approximately 165m2.

    In the era of handmade molds, we mainly produced about 20 types of products including handmade baking pans, bread pans, bomb molds, and wheel molds.

    1983

    SANNENG purchased the first hydraulic press to enhance product quality.

    1984

    Beginning of the bakeware revolution; SANNENG started developing aluminum-plated bakeware to overcome the rust problem of early black iron.

    1987

    To comply with food hygiene standards, more hygienic and durable aluminum alloy baking pans and other products featuring anodized coating were introduced.

    Due to business growth, the old factory building was no longer sufficient, and it was relocated to No. 72, Yongfeng Road, Taiping District, Taichung City, Taiwan in 1987, with a factory area of 496m2.

    1988

    Developed the non-stick product series to save manpower and oil consumption during baking. We also developed the non-stick baking pan and bread mold series, etc., and commenced in-house mold development.

    1989

    Taiwan SANNENG’s Yongfeng factory was expanded from 496m2 to 992m2.

    1990

    With the increase in business, we moved to a new factory at No. 65, Lane 733, Guangxing Road. with an area of 2,645m2.
