The Chief Executive Officer Office of the Company is the “Corporate Governance” promotion unit, in which the stakeholder communication model is operated in accordance with the “P-D-C-A” (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management model, identifying stakeholders and collecting and reviewing issues of concern to stakeholders. In order to ensure the implementation of various material issues and the achievement of goals, the CEO’s Office usually pays attention to the discussion of major economic, social and environmental issues, formulates the future direction of ESG, and urges all units and subsidiaries of the Company to effectively communicate with stakeholders in all aspects of ESG, and compile relevant achievement information, communicate with stakeholders and report to the CEO on the discussion and recommendations, and submit a report to the Board of Directors every year for confirmation, and the communication situation of all stakeholders in 2024 will be announced in December 2024 Report to the Board of Directors on the 25th.
