Bakery China and the China Baked Food and Sugar Products Industry Association have joined forces with the Indonesian Pastry and Baked Goods Association, Indonesian Pastry and Culinary Arts Academy, Anji Yeast Co., Ltd., Wang Sen Education Group and 12 outstanding industry chain enterprises to create a grand event to promote the coordinated development and innovative integration of the bakery industry in China and the ASEAN region, including Indonesia.
This event accurately brought together the core forces of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and the on-site guest lineup highlighted the deep industrial connection between China and Indonesia.
In his opening speech, Mr. Zhang Jiukui, Chairman of the China Baked Food and Sugar Products Industry Association, pointed out that the baking industry between China and ASEAN is becoming increasingly closely connected, and the synergy effect of the industrial chain is significant. He called on both sides to deepen cooperation in various fields such as commerce, science and technology, and talents to jointly create the future of the industry.
The event specially invited Wang Zifang, director and technical director of Wang Sen Education Group and founder of Bairong Consulting, and Enlong, a technical expert in Jiangsu Province and head of Bairong Consulting Technology Solutions, to display more than 30 customized recipes on the spot based on the exhibitor’s high-quality raw materials, providing a wealth of creative ideas for the brand.
