In June 2026, SANNENG Bakeware held professional technical seminars in South Korea, spanning the three cities of Busan, Daegu, and Seoul. In collaboration with Korean partners Woojung, the Korea Confectionery Association (대한제과협회), Bake Plus, and Total-Shine, the event aimed to promote the exchange of baking techniques between Taiwan and Korea, attracting numerous Korean bakers, store operators, and industry partners.

This seminar featured special guest speakers Wang Peng-chieh, champion of the Mondial du Pain and founder of Shakespeare Co. Patisserie, and Han Sang-baek (한상백), a renowned Korean baking artisan and founder of HANS DREAM. Through practical demonstrations and experience sharing, they engaged in in-depth discussions with participants on aspects ranging from product development and market trends to store management.

In recent years, South Korea has gradually become a key benchmark for the Asian baking market. Its influence on market development across Asia continues to grow, from Bakery Cafe business models and product development to brand experience design. Since participating in the Korea International Bakery Show (KIBA), SANNENG has consistently established collaborative relationships with local artisans, schools, associations, and distribution partners, further deepening the industrial connection between Taiwan and Korea through this seminar.

In addition to technical exchange, SANNENG shared baking solutions developed in response to recent market demands. These included the energy-saving toast mold series designed to improve thermal efficiency, exclusive toast boxes developed specifically for the Korean market, and the ‘Mori’ series of non-stick products that balance baking performance with sustainability, demonstrating the brand’s capability to continuously respond to market needs.
