Gabriel Le Quang
He is a French MOF pastry chef (Pâtissier) and a master of sugar art (Confiseur, 2023).
MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) is a national honor in France, awarded by the President of France himself, symbolizing the highest level and professional achievements in the field of craftsmanship.
Its status is equivalent to the Oscar in the film industry or the Michelin evaluation in the catering industry, and it is the top honor pursued by technical craftsmen around the world.
He also works at the well-known Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in France, and is one of the high-profile new generation of dessert chefs in contemporary times.
In early March 2026, spring is getting stronger, and Saneng Appliances welcomes a distinguished guest from afar – French MOF pastry master Gabriel Le Quang. At the sincere invitation of Saneng Appliances, the young French MOF visited the company and started a professional conversation about “Utensils × the Art of Baking”.
During this visit, the master focused on visiting the newly upgraded sample room of Wuxi Sanneng.
In the exhibition space, from classic baking molds to innovative products, covering a variety of series such as roasting, coffee, and outdoor, it fully showcases the breadth of Sanneng’s product design and application. Faced with a rich and diverse display of appliances, Master Gabriel stopped to observe and experience it himself, showing great interest in the performance of Sanneng in product design details and functional integration.
Instruments not only serve as production tools but also become an important medium for stimulating creativity and expanding the possibilities of technology.
