The 12th Newcomer Encounter Meetup successfully concluded on August 7, 2026, at Central Electric in Taichung. This event once again partnered with SANNENG’s Baking Consultant Team to deliver professional baking demonstrations, tool applications, and ingredient knowledge sharing—creating an in-depth exchange of both technique and practical experience with baking professionals on site.
Three Baking Consultants Jointly Demonstrate: Expanding Baking Possibilities Through Tools
This event featured a joint demonstration by SANNENG’s Baking Consultant Team, showcasing three types of bread and a variety of cakes and desserts. Through hands-on production of different items, the three chefs integrated professional baking techniques with tool applications—from process operations and baking performance to final presentation—helping participants more directly understand the connection between tools and baking results. It also carried forward the spirit of the “Baking Tools Do Magic” course, exploring more possibilities for tools across different baking applications.
From Hands-on Baking to Tool Materials: Deepening Professional Exchange
In addition to the baking demonstrations, the SANNENG team also provided on-site discussion and Q on knowledge related to baking tools and materials, enabling participants not only to learn formulas and processes, but also to further understand tool materials, usage methods, and their relationship with baking workflows.
Extending from “how to do it” to “why it is done this way,” the shared discussions connected techniques, tools, and material knowledge—so that baking experience can be more fully understood and passed on.
Connecting Techniques and Baking Professionals Through Professional Tools
