Character Profile PROFILE
Dessert chef of the French Presidential Palace
[Dreams drive me to keep rushing forward, opportunities are reserved for those who are prepared]
In order to realize his dream of going to France to study desserts, he joined the army directly after graduating from junior college! It took four years to save NT$150 as travel expenses, and it took six years to dream of taking off and studying in France in 2012.
He said that at that time, he also had an impulse to challenge the French Presidential Palace, but he didn’t expect to actually rush into the Elysée Palace and become the first Taiwanese to enter the kitchen of the French Elysée Palace!

His dessert once made President Biden like it!
After graduating from Xinglunyi Higher Vocational School, he was admitted to the Department of Health and Nutrition of Jianan Pharmacology College, but he always felt that this major did not match his interests, so he went to class during the day and worked in a restaurant at night. In the end, he decided to take a leave of absence to concentrate on learning to bake and desserts, and began to build his dream of studying art in France.

Xing Lunyi said that he originally wanted to go to Japan to learn how to make desserts, but his seniors told him that Japanese technology came from France, so why not go directly to France? The words of his senior made him determined to study art in France. However, his family had no money to support him in realizing his dream, so he resolutely chose to join the army. “I want to exchange four years of youth for travel expenses.” When Xing Lunyi made this decision, he was also scolded by his friends: “Your brain is broken, you actually want to sell your freedom to make money!” ”
In May 2024, he surprised US President Joe Biden with an exquisite dessert at a French state banquet, receiving praise and inquiry on the spot, and became famous. From a young man in Tainan to the royal chef of the French president, he has become a high-profile model of Chinese baking!

Returning home is to go further and have an in-depth discussion with the three energy
Xing Lunyi visited the Sanneng sample room in depth to learn more about the design, materials, and applications of various baking molds and utensils. He said that Sanneng has an outstanding reputation in the French baking circle, and its stability and innovation are deeply recognized by professionals, and many products can even be directly used in the dessert creation of the Elysée Palace.
The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on related issues such as the fusion of French desserts and Asian flavors, and future appliance development trends, resulting in many creative sparks.

I am full of harvests and wish to promote the baking culture in my hometown
Despite his outstanding achievements in France, Xing Lunyi has always been concerned about Taiwan. He said that in the future, he hopes to open a dessert shop in Taiwan, combining authentic French techniques with local flavors, so that more people can taste the world-class dessert culture.
From the youth of Tainan to the chef of the French Presidential Palace, Xing Lunyi interprets the power of dreams and perseverance through actions.
This visit to Sanneng is not only a professional exchange but also a meeting about the original intention, culture and future.
In the future, we look forward to the two parties continuing to work together to bring more innovation and possibilities to the global baking industry.
